1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our minimum order quantity is 25 units for customised corporate gifts. This applies to all categories including drinkware, bags, apparel, tech accessories, and gift sets.

2. How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is 7–10 business days after artwork/logo approval. Urgent orders (3–5 days) are available for select products — contact us for details. We deliver pan-India including all major cities.

3. Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes! We provide free samples on qualifying bulk orders. Reach out to our team with your requirements and we’ll arrange a sample for your review before you commit to the full order.

4. What customisation options are available?

We offer a wide range of branding options including logo printing, embroidery, laser engraving, screen printing, and UV printing. You can customise colours, packaging, and add personalised messages for each recipient.

5. What types of corporate gifts do you supply?

8. Can I order employee onboarding kits?

Yes! Employee onboarding kits (also called New Joinee Kits or Welcome Kits) are one of our most popular services. We curate, assemble, and deliver custom welcome kits with your brand logo. Typical kits include a branded bag, diary, pen, bottle, and t-shirt — fully customisable to your budget.

9. What are your payment terms?

We typically require a 50% advance upon order confirmation and the balance before dispatch. For bulk enterprise orders, customised payment terms can be arranged. GST invoices are provided for all orders.
